Fuicelli & Lee’s Response to COVID-19

In response to guidance from state and local government, and the Centers for Disease Control regarding the spread of COVID-19, Fuicelli & Lee will be conducting all business virtually for the time being. We continue to monitor the COVID-19 developments and update our contingency plans as this situation unfolds.

VIRTUAL CASE MANAGEMENT
Fuicelli & Lee prides itself on staying on the cutting edge of technology and has spent the last 18 months putting systems in place to allow staff to work remotely without impacting the level of service we provide to our clients. We can schedule phone and video conferences, email documents to be electronically signed, and send documents via “snail-mail” as needed. You do not need to leave the safety of your home to speak with your lawyer or support staff.

Should you have an appointment currently scheduled with our firm, please expect to hear from us in the next few days asking to convert it into a virtual meeting. Depositions and mediations can be done virtually or postponed as needed.

The health and safety of our clients and staff takes absolute precedence here at Fuicelli & Lee and we look forward to continuing to provide support and representation to our clients during this time of great societal turbulence. We understand that medical care may be disrupted as our emergency rooms are flooded with patients and smaller facilities temporarily shut down. OFFICE VISITS
Should you still want to come into the office, please ask yourself the following questions:

1. Have you recently traveled to an area with known local spread of COVID-19?
2. Have you come into close contact with someone who has a laboratory-confirmed COVID-19 diagnosis in the last 14 days?
3. Do you have a fever (greater than 100.4) OR symptoms of lower respiratory illness such as cough, shortness of breath, or difficulty breathing?
